COVID-19 Protocols

To ensure the safety of our clients, pets and staff please be aware of the following protocols we have instated:

• We will wear masks at all times while in your home and during all client transactions.

• We have alternate care providers if any of our staff develop concerning symptoms. We will do our best to maintain all scheduled appointments while keeping you safe.

• Dog walk pickups may be conducted by you running your pup out to us on a long leash or passing them off outside. We will accommodate to what makes you feel most comfortable.

• Staff will be COVID tested if needed to ensure your safety.

Please let us know if there are any additional safety measures we can take to make you feel more comfortable. Your safety is our top priority.
